SERVICE description

Another way to describe a life coach would be a professional impartial person in your Life who not only helps you to achieve and attain your goals but is able to listen, understand, and give advice without being bias or judgemental.

We talk about the ongoing day to day issues and challenges and sometimes reflect on the past and previous experiences that may have occurred. All within a safe environment with the strictest of confidence.

This package is designed to meet the client where they currently are in their day today life with no structure or agenda except how the client feels and what is on their mind. The session aims to provide motivation, clarity and an opportunity for the client to off load and feel relieved.

​

Included in this package the client is encouraged to keep in touch with the life coach throughout the week so that progress can be monitored and discussed in the upcoming sessions.
